"Back in My Arms Again" hit wokalnej grupy Supremes nagrany w 1965r dla wytwórni Motown.Autorami i producentami piosenki był słynny team tej wytwórni Holland-Dozier-Holland.Utwór nagrywano 1 grudnia 1964r i 24 lutego 1965r w studio Hitsville [Studio A].Partie instrumentalne nagrał zespół Funk Brothers.
Stał się #1 na liście Billboardu 6 czerwca 1965r.Godnym uwagi jest to ,że był pierwszą płytą nagrywaną dla Motown z użyciem 8-śladowego magnetofonu ,opracowanego przez inżynierów wytwórni.Motown był pierwszą wytwórnią używającą regularnie ten standard,który póżniej stał się obowiązujacy w przemyśle muzycznym.
